We strive to ship orders the same business day your order is received. Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your merchandise before taxes. Standard USPS ground and two-day shipping rates are applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories please call us at (925)718-5533 for best shipping methods.Most purchases over $100 include shipping. Certain larger and heavier items are subject to an oversized delivery charge. These are noted in the shipping area of the item you are ordering.We ship from our store located in Danville, California. We collect sales tax on orders shipped to California.If you are tax exempt in California, we will not collect tax when proper documentation is provided. Contact our store for details prior to ordering from our site..


It is our intent to pack and ship all web items to you in perfect condition. However, we know damages from shipping do arise from time to time. Please contact us immediately, if your item has arrived damaged. We will do everything we can to promptly assist you in replacing the damaged item(s). Upon approval, damaged items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Sale items, discounted items, special order items, personalized items, and seasonal items are not returnable unless damaged. When your returned item has been received, you will receive an email confirming your return is being processed. Please allow 15 days for any refund to appear on your credit card statement. To expedite an exchange of an item, we recommend ordering a new item and return the original item for refund. If you prefer to wait until we receive the returned item, please email us and include exchange instruction when you return the original order.
